What do I need to enroll?
Enrollment can be done at any time! We announce openings for enrollment on our website, but we have a waiting list after enrollment has filled up. If you’re moving from traditional school to online school, it’s important to connect with someone at the online school to make sure your credits transfer and that the transition is seamless. Our enrollment process is fully online and is easy to do!
How long does it take to enroll?
It only takes a few minutes to enroll online for BlueSky! Whether you’re looking for full-time or supplemental courses, enrolling online is quick and easy. We have a 2 step enrollment process.
- The 1st step is to complete the initial application on the website. That takes about 5 minutes and asks for basic information such as which school program they are interested in, grade level, address, and email.22.
- The 2nd step is to create a guardian portal and complete the enrollment forms. There are 10 forms, and this can take up to 10-15 minutes as the form are quick and straightforward.
What can I expect after I submit my enrollment application?
After all enrollment forms have been submitted, staff will review and process the student’s application right away with no waitlist! They will be assigned a 3-person support team which includes an advisor, a counselor, and a dedicated teacher. Your assigned counselor will reach out to the student and/or guardian within 2-3 days.
If there is a waitlist, a staff member will review the enrollment forms and move the student to the waitlist. The waitlist is reviewed weekly by Admins usually Monday or Tuesday. Once a student is approved and off the waitlist, they will be assigned a support team.
