BlueSky is proud to announce that we have an active chapter of the nationally recognized program, National Honor Society (NHS). Every fall semester, BlueSky full-time students in grades 10-12, who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0, and were enrolled with us the previous spring semester, will be invited to submit a candidate information form indicating their interest in NHS and achievements in the areas of Character, Leadership and Service.

FAQ

Students should prepare for NHS selection in advance by completing
activities and gaining documentable experience that demonstrates their
commitment to scholarship, service, leadership and character. For questions related to the selection process for NHS membership please refer to the BlueSky NHS Selection Rubric.

New members are inducted annually during October. The 2026 Induction Ceremony will be held in October 4, 2026.

  1. Access the BlueSky website and download to your Desktop the BlueSky NHS Candidate Information Form. (Do not try to open this and complete it on the internet page.)
  2. Fill in your information completely. Just fill in the boxes.
  3. Check Spelling
  4. Sign & Date
  5. Parent Sign & Date
  6. Save as a PDF
  7. Attach and email completed form to NHS Advisor, Jaclyn Weber, at jaclyn.weber@blueskyschool.org.
