Saw a math teaching opportunity with an online school via Edpost and thought “how perfect”.

My Passions as an Educator
Helping students find their strengths and weaknesses to encourage them to work to their full potential. I love the way math works in our everyday life and I want to help students find their own passion when learning math. Guiding students to critically think to solve math problems, not just the how, but the WHY.

I love cooking, gardening and nice long walks.

B.S. in mathematics from the United States Naval Academy
Teaching license Math 11-18 year olds through the Graduate Teacher Program in the UK with Cheltenham and Gloucester University
Teaching license Math 5-12 via portfolio and FasTrack program at Bemidji State University
