My Hometown
My family moved around a lot when I was kid but we always lived in Minnesota. I wouldn’t say I have a hometown, but I have lived in Minnesota my whole life so I would definitely say it is my home state.

How I Came to BlueSky
I started out as a long-term substitute as a high school counselor in 2018. In 2019 I was given the opportunity to have the permanent position, and I am very grateful to work for such a great school with amazing students and staff!

My Passions as an Educator
I love helping students overcome obstacles and find solutions to achieve their goals.

My Passions and Hobbies
I honestly have too many hobbies as I am interested in so many things! My favorite thing to do is spend time with my wife and our daughter. My hobbies include: playing instruments (guitar and ukulele are my favorite), board games and tabletop games, video games, reading, watching sports, watching movies, building Lego sets (mostly Star Wars), and cooking.
