Class of 2008 Ceremony Registration

Congratulations on completion of your high school education! It is important that you continue to work hard on all of your school assignments through your last day of classes which is Tuesday, May 13. Final determination for graduation is made after your grades are recorded so you must still work and pass all current courses in order to graduate.

BlueSky Charter School will be hosting two graduation locations to honor our graduating class of 2008. The first ceremony will be held on Sunday, May 18 in St. Paul at Harriet Island. Due to the large number of potential graduates we may have two ceremony times on Sunday. Therefore it is essential that you confirm your attendance so we can make the appropriate arrangements and accommodations. The second graduation ceremony will be held in Grand Rapids at the IRA Civic Center on Thursday, May 22. We are very excited to honor you and celebrate your accomplishment and strongly encourage you to attend your graduation ceremony.

Each graduation will be followed by refreshments. In order to better plan for these celebrations we ask that you provide us with the following information.

Caps and gowns will be provided for students to borrow at each ceremony. They may also be purchased for $30.00.

Reminder:

This is not a guarantee that you have met your graduation requirements. You must still pass all courses and meet the school and state graduation requirements. This includes the Basic Standards Tests in reading, mathematics and written composition.
