Absences

If you are sick, going on vacation, or unable to complete school work for any other reason, you need to report that to the school. You can do so by contacting:

Technical Help

Technical Difficulties? Questions about eClassroom?

1. Click on the Help button in your classes.

The help button is found the upper right corner of each page of your classes.  There you will find information about  various course tools and features. For example, if you are in the Gradebook and you click on the Help button, you will get explanations about how to use the Gradebook.

2. Call or e-mail the Help Desk.

E-mail or call the Help Desk anytime you have technical problems, such as not being able to see a page, slowness issues, not being able to hear an audio link, etc.

The Help Desk is available to assist you 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

The Help Desk and Help button cannot help you with questions about homework. You should contact your instructor for questions about your assignments.
