Misun Bormann is a licensed 7-12 School Counselor. Hi everyone and welcome to BlueSky! I’m so excited to have you be a part of our wonderful school. BlueSky is a place where you will be encouraged to do your best, where staff will do everything and anything within their power to help you succeed, and where we will never stop believing in you! I am one of the school counselors on staff, and love getting to know my students and hearing their life stories. As for my life story, I grew up in Northern Minnesota in a very small town – population 399! I received my B.A from Concordia College in Moorhead, and my M.S. in School Counseling from Winona State University. 
I currently reside right outside of Rochester with my husband and three beautiful children. I am a big “home body.” I love to “putz” around our home doing improvement projects, decorating, spending as much time with my children as possible, and cooking “up a storm” for family and friends. I love to read, run, shop for bargains, and watch historical based films. I still have dreams that I pursue, and I know that someday I will reach all of them. I joined BlueSky Charter School because I enjoy working with students, and people who have faced many challenges in their lives, but have the resiliency to continue to strive to achieve their dreams. I am very excited and honored to be at BlueSky and work with students like you. At BlueSky the sky is the limit and I want to help you get there! |
