Todd Mikkelsen is a licensed 7-12 Earth & Space Science Teacher & 9-12 Physics Teacher.
 I am Todd Mikkelsen and I am going to be teaching Physical Science this year at BlueSky! I live in Austin with my wife, Peggy, and my two daughters Grace and Lauren. We enjoy spending time together as a family and like to have lots of fun together. We take an annual trip to the Wisconsin Dells and have a great time. I am an avid online gamer and watch science fiction shows and movies as much as I can. Some of the shows I enjoy are “Lost,” “Smallville,” “Eureka,” and the new “Battlestar Galactica.” I like watching the History Channel for shows on cryptozoology and ufology; Bigfoot and UFOs. Also, when I drive past a Burger King, I have to stop in for a Large BK Joe Turbo! 
Computers and on-line gaming have become a “cheap” hobby – just like golf. I grew up in Omaha, NE and am a die-hard Cornhusker football fan. I earned my BA in Earth Science education at the University of Northern Iowa and am currently working on my Masters in Science Education with a Physics emphasis at the University of Wisconsin at River Falls. I am currently endorsed in Earth and Space Science and Physics.  I have recently built my own computer and have rebuilt two older computers and installed Ubuntu Linux on each of them.
