Hi, my name is Cathy Parker. I am very excited to be one of the new counselors at BlueSky. I grew up in a small town called Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. After I was married I moved to North Carolina with my husband where we lived for 10 years. In December 2007, my husband, kids, and I moved from North Carolina to Eden Prairie, MN. It is very nice to be back in the Midwest surrounded by family and friends. I am married and have two wonderful children. My son, Nick, just started kindergarten and my daughter, Haley, is in PreK. They definitely keep me busy when I am not working.  In my free time I love: spending time with my family, running with my golden retriever, traveling, camping, hiking, fishing, and being outdoors. My favorite season is fall when the days are cooler, the leaves are changing, and I love eating fresh apples from the orchards. My hobbies include: running, yoga, knitting and reading.  Now that you know a little about me I would love to hear about you. I enjoy working with students and if you need something or just want to say “HI” please do not hesitate to call.
