Amy Anderson is a licensed K-12 School Counselor. Hi! My name is Amy Anderson and I’m one of the counselors for BlueSky and I also help with all of the testing students get to do. I started with BlueSky in August of 2007 and have enjoyed every minute. 
I have an undergraduate and master’s degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota. For seven years, I was the counselor for a small district in South Dakota – about 420 students in the total school K-12. While I lived in Minnesota, I worked at Sauk Rapids Rice High school and with BlueSky. Prior to going back to school to get a degree in school counseling, I worked in banking and financial services. We moved back to South Dakota in the summer of 2008, but thanks to the online world of BlueSky, I get to keep working with all of the great students, parents and staff. I’m married and have 3 awesome children. Since my kids are busy with activities, most of my “free time” is spent shuttling kids to games and sitting on the bench at some kind of sporting event. I also love to read and enjoy spending time lying on the beach, going for walks, and shopping. |
