"...Best point about this school? Don’t have to wait for the teacher to finish teaching the WHOLE class...."
Dear Cindy, Mom told me that you had asked for a letter from both her and I about how school went. She gave me her copy to look at, but not just copy off of, to see what I was supposed to be doing. So, here it is, and I hope it helps, however it’s used. My parents found BlueSky online one day while looking for info on home-schooling me. We enrolled, easy enough, and I started school. It seemed pretty fun. Do all my work on the computer, possibly get done before regular time at my old school, get to my games faster. At first it went okay, I finished my assignments and did well and stuff, but then I started to procrastinate on my assignments a bit… I had a couple that weren’t done by the due date, and I went to their headquarters in Minneapolis for a computer practice thing. I got in trouble for not telling anyone that I wasn’t being supervised right, and that I hadn’t completed all my assignments on time. So next term, mom started checking my school every morning, and let me know how many assignments I had, and I made sure all assignments were done on time, and I didn’t fall behind or get overwhelmed. So, it started out a bit off, but once my parents chipped in and made sure I was actually working, things went great. Best point about this school? Don’t have to wait for the teacher to finish teaching the WHOLE class. Once you get the work, go do the work, get done faster, get to games faster. Easy enough… Go ahead and use this testimonial for whatever. Again, I hope it helps, and thanks for a great second term. See you next year. --Ken |
