Heather Novak is a licensed 5-12 Social Studies Teacher.  I am Heather Novak, and I am a social studies teacher here at BlueSky! I earned my B. A. degree and teaching licensure from the College of Saint Benedict in 2000, as well as a Master’s of Education from Saint Mary’s University in 2003. Before starting at BlueSky in March 2006, I taught a variety of courses to 7th-12th grade students in both the public and private high school setting. I truly believe in the philosophy of BlueSky and am excited to be a part of this team. The students here are so fun to work with, and all of the teachers and staff members really care about people! Outside of education, my interests include athletics, music, traveling, and spending time with my husband. |
