Where do you live?
On a farm in West-Central Minnesota. I'm married to Brian and we have three children.
Why did you become a teacher?
I became a teacher to help struggling kids be successful in school and everyday life. I also became a teacher because I love to help others.

Why did you choose BlueSky?
I chose BlueSky for the unique way we help our students. I love working on the computer and I am fascinated by online learning.
What do you think makes BlueSky special?
I think BlueSky is special because of its gentle way of helping kids. Staff at BlueSky are very special individuals because of their kind nature and their flexibility in helping others.
What do you like to do when you’re not teaching?
I love working at BlueSky, but I also have other interests outside of work. I enjoy spending time with my family. Some of my hobbies are watching movies, traveling, sports (I’m a Twins fan!), animals, walking and sleeping outside under a shady tree in the summer.
