Where do you live?

I live in Brainerd with my family.

What is your role in keeping BlueSky running smoothly?

I teach chemistry classes at BlueSky. I communicate with students frequently, and help them learn basic concepts in science through many means of learning, such as hands-on labs at their homes, virtual simulations, videos, readings, and current events.

I enjoy being able to work individually with students to help them reach their goals.

Why did you choose BlueSky?

Online learning is a great way for many students to be successful in school, and I enjoy being able to work individually with students to help them reach their goals.

What do you think makes BlueSky special?

BlueSky is special because of all the individual attention given to students and the choices each student can make about their schedule, pacing, and learning.

What do you like to do when you're not teaching?

I enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and camping throughout Minnesota.
