Where do you live?

I live in Sartell, Minnesota with my sons David and Michael and my mother. My oldest son, Daniel, recently graduated with a B.S. in Physiology from the University of Minnesota and lives in St. Paul.

Why did you become a school psychologist?

I believe early intervention is critical to ameliorating the impact of a variety of learning difficulties and biopsychosocial issues. The school setting is ideal for identification of needs and provision of these intervention services.

Why did you choose BlueSky?

BlueSky's vision fits well with my own.

What do you think makes BlueSky special?

The recognition that learning is not a one-size-fits-all proposition, as well as the obvious enthusiasm and dedication of the staff.

What do you like to do when you're not working at BlueSky?

Spend time with my family, do anything on or in water, listen to music (especially my son's band, For All Those Sleeping) and read, read, read!

If there were one thing you could tell people about BlueSky, what would it be?

If this school had been available when I was school age, I would have been able to complete high school, rather than get a GED.
